iWebChurch is hosted by ordained Evangelical Christian ministers in order to provide opportunities for believers around the world to fellowship with one another when for a variety of reason fellowship in a local church may not be available or possible. Each area of the world has an assigned web pastor that is on call to provide confidential pastoral services as needed. iWebChurch operates for the sole purpose of providing pastoral care and Christian fellowship when there is no local church or Christian fellowship available. Those fellowshipping in this network come from a variety of situations: those in sensitive countries; converts from other non-Christian faiths who find it difficult to worship or seek Christian counsel and fellowship without fear of reprisal; and those Christians who are infirmed or away from their local church for a period of time.
